Mrs. Heartland
- Contestant must be married as of the date of entry into the Mrs. Heartland pageant and the marriage must remain valid throughout the State and National competitions.
- Contestant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Contestant was born a female.
- Contestant has not been a contestant in the Mrs. America Pageant (national pageant).
- Contestant does not have any commercial or endorsement agreement of any kind.
- Contestant is a person of good moral character; contestant affirms that she has not committed any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions.
- Contestant must be a US citizen and at least a six-month resident of Kentucky. Dual residency or residency at a military installation is acceptable.
- Contestant must provide the required Advertising Page(s) and ticket sales to the Mrs. Kentucky America Pageant, as well as, meet all deadlines or fee requirements -- not paid by the Miss Heartland Organization.
9. Contestant must pay a $75 entry fee to compete in the Mrs. Heartland Pageant.
