The Miss Heartland's Outstanding Teen Pageant is open to all teenage women, in the state of Kentucky, who meet the following criteria:
- You must be 13 - 17 years old and not eligible to compete in the Miss Heartland Pageant;
- You must be no more than a rising Senior;
- You must be a United States citizen;
- You must be, at least, a six-month resident of Kentucky currently enrolled in a public, private, home-school education curriculum;
- You must be female;
- You are single and have never been married;
- You have never been pregnant and are not the adoptive parent of any child;
- You are of good moral character and have not been involved in any act of moral turpitude;
- Other than minor offenses, you have no pending criminal charges against you and you have never been convicted of a criminal offense;
- You must pay an entry fee of $75. You may PAY NOW using a Debit/Credit Card by clicking on the button below. You may mail payment (as instructed on the Forms page) to be received not later than September 15, 2010.
